Here's how you can kill 2 birds with one stone and be able to make one quicktime file that covers both what you are recording on the desktop as well as recording video of yourself.In this video I use I Show U desktop recording software for Mac http://www.shinywhitebox.com and PhotoBooth and iMovie. You actually don't even have to use PhotoBooth but I think it's kinda cool if you want to use one of the 17 built in effects - I believe the newest sytem, Leopard even lets you put yourself in scenes of your choice? Once the quicktime movie is imported into iMovie, you can use the apple-T (splice tool) to cut up, delete, and move pieces of your clip around to suit your video's purpose.http://www.TheInnerCircleMasters.com
